Prayer Opportunities

Current Prayer Targets

Greetings Dear Ones,

Wow! How did we get to December already? This year has gone so fast, and yet so much has happened!

Illness, mandates, inability to gather with friends and family. Job insecurities, civil unrest, and the inability to get reliable information even from the “experts”.

God is OUR Expert – From Him all wisdom and knowledge flows.

For the things mentioned here, we stand and pray. We stand and believe God’s word which says several things; (All verses in ESV)

  • 1 Corinthians 16:13 Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men (and women), be strong.
  • Ephesians 6:13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.
  • 1 Peter 4:12 Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you.
  • Mark 13:7 And when you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. This must take place, but the end is not yet.
  • Hebrews 13:5B “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
  • 2 Corinthians 4:17 For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,

Lord, we declare that we will stand firm in our faith, we will be strong in Your strength. Your armor guards us fully so that we can withstand evil. We are not surprised by what we see because, in your mercy, You have warned us. We believe that these things must come to pass for Your kingdom to come. Your promise to never leave us helps us to stand firm in our faith. We believe that the turmoil the world is experiencing is in fact, an answer to prayer, and creating space for Your Spirit to reign. We ask that your presence causes healing and peace for all of those experiencing loss and hardship during this time. We love You. We trust You. And will love you forever. Amen.
